At this point the view opens out to reveal the market town of Abergavenny below flanked by two mountain peaks - Sugar Loaf to the north and The Skirrid in a northeasterly direction. Carry on the path until you reach a small brick building and then take a sharp right towards the summit of the Blorenge.
